We offer a comprehensive returns policy on our whiteboards to cover all of your needs. Whether the item is damaged, the order is wrong, or you simply change your mind, we have a solution.
If you change your mind on your Magnetic Whiteboard Purchase
Sometimes customers have second thoughts about an order. If possible, notify us by phone before we dispatch the order so we cancel delivery. Under these circumstances we can simply cancel the order and refund your payment without additional cost.
If the order is already on the way to you or has been delivered, we accept returns but unfortunately have to ask for a 20% restocking fee to make up for our costs.
If the order was delivered in new condition but is used or damaged, we can’t accept it or refund the cost.
If something’s wrong with your new Magnetic Whiteboard
If your whiteboard, pinboard, or glass board arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us immediately. We will replace the item as quickly as possible or refund your payment.
If you simply aren’t satisfied with your new whiteboard, contact us so we can agree on a solution.
Even if you ordered the wrong item, we’ll accept returns or offer replacements, but we will have to ask for a 20% restocking fee.
Custom orders are a bit more complicated because they are one-of-a-kind. If you aren’t satisfied with a custom order, do feel free to contact us and we’ll see what solutions we can agree to. A 20% restocking fee and shipping fees may apply, unless the issue with the order is due to our error.
Whiteboards Damaged Before or During Delivery
If the order arrives damaged and the driver is still present, discuss the issue with them and ask them to note the signs of damage. Photos are also helpful. These proofs will aid in quick and fair resolutions.
